Quotes and estimated ranges are provided based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in the project proposal or agreement.
Project Agreements
Individual proposals, statements of work, or service agreements may contain additional or different terms. Those terms govern the specific project and take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

Deposits
If a deposit is required, the amount and terms are specified in the project proposal or agreement.
Preview-First Arrangements
For eligible projects, we may provide an initial concept, preview, or prototype. The scope, timing, and terms of preview-first arrangements are defined in the project agreement. Availability varies by project.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any content they provide, including text, images, and data. AtlasPoint Digital is not responsible for verifying ownership of client-supplied content.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are defined in the project agreement. These general terms do not override specific IP terms in your agreement.
Third-Party Services
Some projects involve third-party services, platforms, or tools. Terms and availability of third-party services are subject to their respective providers.
